Bancassurance Committee
It is aimed to expand the bancassurance channel, which has a significant impact on the development of the Turkish insurance sector, by equipping it with the latest technologies. Bancassurance Committee aims to provide insurance services through all channels of banks, be able to offer the right product and service to its customers in compliance with the regulation, developing new technologies and new insurance products, and increasing the service quality by centrally managing insurance operations. A workshop is held where insurance companies and banks come together to discuss how the most technological bancassurance processes should be, to identify their needs and problems among the committee members and to produce solutions together.

Digital Insurance Committee mainly focuses on digitalization of sales channels and the digitalization of an insurance company, agency and broker. Subjects such as the digitalization of pre-sales and post-sales channels, facilitating sales from websites and mobile applications, using artificial intelligence during and after sales processes, making sales with robots, and digitizing operations in damage processes were targeted.The main purpose is uncovering how to become the most technological agency/broker/insurance company of Turkey and the world. In the committee workshop, end-to-end 360 degree digital transformation issues are discussed and turned into concrete projects.For the rapid, easy and low-cost end-to-end digitalization of many processes of companies such as customer management, proposal, policy and renewal management, reporting, pre-accounting, damage management, document management, with innovative technologies; committee puts effort into the issues and develop solutions.
